Kuzneski & Lockard, Inc.'s appraisal services are regarded as some of the most accurate property valuations provided in this region. Our agency has both Electronic Data Interchanges (EDI) and WinTOTAL capabilities, which allow us to electronically submit our appraisals to clients. This service allows us to work with more financial institutions on loan appraisals than those who do not have this technology. Furthermore, it gives our clients the ability to receive their appraisal results faster.

Our appraisers are certified by the state of Pennsylvania to perform both residential and commercial appraisals. In addition, Kuzneski & Lockard, Inc. has staff members who are approved by the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) to perform residential appraisals for loans guaranteed by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
