Steps of the Rental Process

Finding a rental property can be overwhelming, especially if it is your first time and you donâ??t understand the process.  But at Kuzneski & Lockard Real Estate, we can make it easy.  Our property managers can walk you through each step of the process one-on-one.  Or you can do most of the legwork on your own through this website.  First, finding a location-or-several-that will fit your needs.  Use the "Selecting a Rental"  on our menu to find something suitable for you.

Next you will want to contact Kuzneski & Lockard Real Estate to set up an appointment to have a walk through of the property.  We can be reached by phone at (724) 349-1924 ext. 399 or toll-free at (800) 709-7896.  Or email us using the Contact Us form.

After you have made a final selection of a property, you will want to fill out an application and return it in person to our office.  There is a $25.00 non-refundable application fee.  Applications are reviewed and accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis.  We do conduct both credit and criminal background checks during the application process.

We will notify you of whether the application has been approved or denied.  If it has been approved, we will schedule another appointment to sign the lease.  At the time of signing, the security deposit is due.
